What to say
Something is broken
Tell us what you did, what happened, and roughly when. If a generation failed, the time it happened is enough for us to find it in the logs.
Billing, refunds, cancelling
Email from the address on your account and we can act on it straight away. What you are entitled to is set out on the refunds page.
Your data, or deleting your account
You can delete your account and everything in it yourself, in Settings. If you would rather we did it, or you want a copy of your data first, ask.
Someone cloned a voice without permission
This gets priority over everything else. Tell us whose voice it is and where you encountered it. Reports about your own voice are acted on immediately.
