Subprocessors
Last updated: 1 August 2026
The short version
These are every third party that touches your data, what they do, and where they are. Your voice recordings and generated audio never leave the EU. Everything else is listed below so you can check for yourself.
Current subprocessors
Supabase
Database, authentication, and storage of your voice recordings
Data: Email address, password hash, voice recordings, generated audio, usage records

RunPod
GPU inference — runs the model that generates your audio
Data: Your voice recording and input text, for the duration of one job
Location: Czechia, France, Netherlands, Romania, Sweden (EU only)
Vercel
Application hosting and delivery
Data: Request metadata, IP address. Audio passes through but is not stored.
Location: Frankfurt, Germany (fra1) — all server code runs here; static files are cached globally
Stripe

Data: Email, billing details, payment method. We never see card numbers.
Location: Ireland (EU) and United States
Resend

Where your voice actually lives
Worth stating plainly, because it is the thing people care about: recordings are stored in Frankfurt and processed on GPUs in EU datacentres only. We do not use US inference capacity, and a recording is not retained on the GPU after the job that used it finishes.
Transfers outside the EU
Stripe and Resend involve US processing for billing and email. Those transfers rely on the EU Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and, where the vendor is certified, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Neither receives your voice recordings or generated audio.
Changes
